Standard Shipping:

We aim to deliver our products within 3-5 business days, although we tend to deliver sooner.

  • Once the order is processed and picked up, we will email you with a tracking number that will   allow you to track and know when to expect your products delivered. 
  • Standard shipping applies for non-riding mowers.
  • It is important to note that we do not provide any guarantees on transit times on any items over 150lbs.
  • We do offer a 30-minute cancellation window that begins as soon as the order is submitted.  To complete this, you will need to have created and account be logged in.
  • Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is limited to certain products (exceptions include but not limited to riding mowers, dual-stage snow blowers, lawn mowers, e-transportation vehicles and go-karts) and incurs an additional charge. 
  • Alaska shipping charge is $399.
  • Hawaii shipping charge is $499.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100.

    Standard Shipping for Riding Mowers:

    Transit times vary due to location and delivery availability, but we strive to deliver your new riding mower within the estimated time frame of 5-7 business days. However, due to high demand and occasional logistical challenges, there may be instances where delivery takes longer than expected.

     

    Ryder Shipping (Ryder White Glove and Ryder Home Delivery):

  • Delivery of product through Ryder can vary.
  • Ryder Home Delivery can be between 5 to 7 business days, with delivery to rural areas possibly taking longer.
  • Ryder White Glove Delivery can be between 5 to 7 business days, with delivery to rural areas possibly taking longer.
  • May be unavailable in certain locations.
  • Important Note Customers must be at home at time of delivery.
  • We need to specify that they will be contacted by 3rd party “Ryder” to set up delivery appointment.

    For a successful pickup, you must bring the following items with you to the store:

  • A government-issued photo ID
  • The order number or a copy of their "Ready for Pickup" email (printed or on a phone/tablet)
  • IMPORTANT: Only you can pick up this order

    Returns & Refunds

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
